Payment Policy
This Payment Policy describes the general payment framework for consulting services provided by Fish & Owl Holdings. Project-specific proposals, invoices, statements of work, or written agreements may include additional or different terms.
1. Service Pricing
- Business Strategy Consulting — $2,500/project
- Operational Management Consulting — $2,250/project
- Business Process Optimization — $2,000/project
- Project Management & Coordination — $2,500/project
- Asset & Resource Management Support — $2,250/project
- Vendor & Contractor Coordination — $1,750/project
- Business Performance Analysis — $1,500/project
These are the listed project prices for the services described on the website. If requested work materially exceeds that scope, the company will confirm revised pricing before additional work proceeds.
2. Invoices and Payment Timing
Invoice timing, deposits, milestone payments, or final payment requirements may vary by engagement and should be stated in the applicable invoice or written scope. Clients are responsible for reviewing invoice details promptly and raising questions in a timely manner.
3. Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods are communicated during the engagement or shown on the applicable invoice. Fish & Owl Holdings does not require visitors to transmit payment card data through the public consultation form.
4. Currency
Unless otherwise stated in writing, website prices and invoices are stated in United States dollars.
5. Deposits and Prepayments
A proposal or invoice may require a deposit or prepayment before work begins or before a project phase is reserved. Any deposit treatment, including whether it is applied against the project fee, should be stated in the applicable commercial terms.
6. Late or Unpaid Amounts
If an undisputed payment becomes overdue, Fish & Owl Holdings may pause new work, delay delivery, or suspend an ongoing engagement until the payment issue is resolved, subject to any written agreement. The company will not charge an undisclosed late fee; any late charge must be stated in the applicable written terms or permitted by law.
7. Taxes
Clients are responsible for taxes, duties, or similar governmental charges that legally apply to the transaction, except taxes imposed on the company's own net income. If tax treatment is uncertain, the client should consult its own tax adviser.
8. Expenses
Ordinary remote consulting costs are generally included in the agreed service fee unless otherwise stated. Additional expenses, travel, third-party tools, vendor costs, filing fees, or other pass-through costs should be approved or addressed in the engagement terms before they are incurred whenever reasonably practicable.
9. Billing Disputes
A client who believes an invoice is incorrect should identify the specific charge and basis for the concern. The company will review the project record, written scope, time or deliverables involved, and any prior approvals. Disputed amounts do not automatically cancel payment obligations for undisputed portions of an invoice.
10. Refunds and Credits
Refunds and credits are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy and any project-specific agreement. Consulting fees attributable to completed work are generally not refundable.
11. Chargebacks
Clients should contact Fish & Owl Holdings regarding a billing concern before initiating a payment dispute when reasonably possible. The company may provide project records, invoices, approvals, and communication history to a payment provider in response to a chargeback or payment dispute.
